Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Mast Assembler to join our Manufacturing Department. This position involves assembling, wiring, and testing mast systems that serve as integral components of our mobile surveillance units. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, organized, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mast systems according to engineering specifications, blueprints, and production schedules.
• Perform wiring, fastening, and mechanical integration of electrical and structural components.
• Inspect assemblies to verify accuracy, alignment, and performance standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and resolve assembly challenges.
• Identify and report any defects, issues, or improvement opportunities in the assembly process.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in mechanical assembly or manufacturing preferred.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform standing, bending, and repetitive motion for extended periods.
• High school diploma or GED required (technical certifications are a plus).
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay Range: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour based on experience.
• Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Work Location: On-site at our Ashland, Ohio facility.
